Annelie is an active ‘intrapreneurial’ transformation leader. She’s passionate about getting results through clear leadership, a customer-centric culture of innovation and strong implementation in the organisation.
Annelie has extensive experience from leadership in various commercial roles and has driven major changes in larger companies such as SAS, as well as building a start-up. She is a successful leader and understands what’s needed for a strong brand and flourishing corporate culture.
As a person, Annelie is empathetic, confident and interested. She’s authentic and not afraid to speak clearly. Annelie takes her assignments seriously, but also has a healthy dose of self-awareness. She likes to exert influence, drive processes and contribute.
Annelie is a clear leader with self-leadership, inclusion and sustainability close to her heart, and enjoys following the methods she proclaims. Innovation and curiosity are also strong forces in her personality. As a person, her values form an unshakeable core. This is evident in how she acts – she’s focused on making a difference for the people around her, for businesses and society in general.
Shortly before the outbreak of the pandemic, she left her role as Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing in SAS’s Group Management, where she contributed to strengthening SAS’s brand and services and implemented extensive cost savings and digital transformation within her department. Proud, but extremely empathetic, she points out that it was the whole team’s effort that led to their success. Since then, she’s been an interim leader and consultant involved in board work, mentoring, advising and training.
